IR Update 23 Dec
Greetings,
What a fantastic, freezing day.
Perfect conditions at Nakiska for Luc’s group to continue with GS, big volume in the brushes, 400+ turns, and excellent focus from the group.
Trent’s group was treated to 10cm of fresh snow overnight at Lake Louise but managed to find many stashes of knee deep snow. The group skied till the lifts closed at 4pm, 7hrs on the hill, and absolutely owned the mountain. Big lines and bigger smiles.
Schedule for the christmas period:
Tomorrow 24th; Sleep in, Shopping in Banff, hot tubs, Lasagna dinner, followed by social relax time.
Christmas day; Sleep in, spectacular Christmas lunch at Chateaue Lake Louise, Ice skating on the lake, mountain hike, casual dinner together, movie night.
Boxing Day; Optional training or free free time, team hockey, big turkey team dinner, Social time.
Busy, fun and exciting few days coming up, not to mention Santa coming!
Seasons Greeting to all.

IR Update 22 Dec
G’day all,
Well another cold but perfect day today at Nakiska. GS drills in the morning followed by GS brushes, 40 turns long. Very productive.
Tonight the group ventured out to a hockey match, state junior A league, Canmore vs. Calgary. Great fun!
Tomorrow Luc’s group is continuing to train GS, more brushes, 4 sets, 400 turns.
Trent’s group is off to Lake Louise for an all mountain free-ski, a bit of fresh snow this afternoon, we are praying for more over night.

IR Update 21 Dec
Seasons Greetings from Canmore,
Sleep in this morning. Very average weather today at Nakiska, foggy and flat light. That didn’t deter from the training though. Fantastic snow as always. First day on the GS boards today, very productive and good transition from the drills done on the shorter boards.
Full day tomorrow, GS at Nakiska.
Bye for now.
Freshies in the morning!

IR Update 18 Dec
G’day from Canmore,
Yet another day of perfect conditions at Nakiska today. Blue skies and perfect snow.
Review morning for the younger guys and then a challenging afternoon in a brushes environment.
The older guys continued to focus on edging and lower leg control, in and out of the course. During the afternoon a few full gates were thrown in.
This will be the last daily email update as IR is embracing technology and moving to facebook. Photos and updates will be accessible there. Please look for IR individual (not group) page and add as a friend. Up and running tomorrow.
Bye for now.
