Jeff
comes to the International Racer team with nine years of coaching
experience in Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Jeff is known for his personable and detailed approach to coaching. Jeff
manages coaching operations and all logistics for our Academy at Sun
Peaks and Fall Camp in Tignes.

Athletics Director - Mount Hotham
Race Squad
March 2005 to present - Mount Hotham, Victoria, Australia
Manage the club according to defined goals & objectives. Oversee the
planning, design, and delivery of all competitive programs. Recruit,
train and mentor club coaching staff. Maintain an excellent working
relationship with the host mountain. Manage race entries and race
accounts.
Director of Athletics and Programs - Paskapoo Alpine Racing Team
September 2004 to May 2007 - Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Prepare detailed operating plans and budgets. Manage the club according
to defined goals and objectives. Oversee the planning, design and
delivery of all competitive programs. Manage the design and
implementation of staff training programs. Recruit, train and mentor
club coaching staff. Maintain mountain and ski area relations. Manage
race entries. Oversee the acquisition of necessary equipment for all
athletes.
Kinder Coach - Mount Hotham Race Squad

Plan design and implement on snow training program as well as dry-land
program for 11 to 15 year old athletes. Design of athlete centered
mental skills and race performance evaluation forms and criteria. Ski
tuning and race preparation.

Develop the technical, tactical, mental and life skills of development
level (K2) performance level (FIS) athletes. Manage athlete goal setting
